Super Simple Banana Pancakes

Recipe of nutritive banana pancakes without milk for children's breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100 Spelt flour organic
  • 100g Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO 
  • 150 g banana
  • 200 g water
  • 50 g of Margarine

Method

  1. Add the banana, water, margarine, oats and Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO to a blender 
  2. Blend until they have the consistency of runny batter 
  3. Warm a frying pan until medium/hot (about 60°C) and cover with a spritz of oil
  4. Spoon 3 or 4 dollops into the pan, leaving enough room in between for them to expand. Size can be varied depending on who they are for
  5. Cook for 3 to 3.5 mins each side until golden brown and warmed through
  6. Serve with fresh fruit and a little honey or syrup
