Super Simple Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 100 Spelt flour organic
- 100g Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO
- 150 g banana
- 200 g water
- 50 g of Margarine
Method
- Add the banana, water, margarine, oats and Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO to a blender
- Blend until they have the consistency of runny batter
- Warm a frying pan until medium/hot (about 60°C) and cover with a spritz of oil
- Spoon 3 or 4 dollops into the pan, leaving enough room in between for them to expand. Size can be varied depending on who they are for
- Cook for 3 to 3.5 mins each side until golden brown and warmed through
- Serve with fresh fruit and a little honey or syrup
