Ingredients
- 400g tin of chickpeas
- Lemon juice (1-2 lemons depending on size)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 75ml vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp tahini paste (optional)
- 30 ml Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO (1 scoop powder to 30 ml water)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and blend into a paste
- Separate 50g of your houmous mix and stir in 30 ml Althéra HMO, Alfaré HMO, Alfamino HMO or Alfamino Junior HMO
- If you want to adapt the consistency, try adding a few teaspoons of baby rice
